Everything I sell is licensed to you for your own personal use, and for your partner where the product is sold to a couple. You may print it for yourselves. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it anywhere, or use it to run your own paid work. I retain all copyright.
Community coaching calls run weekly during the program. Times are published in advance. If I need to move or cancel a call I'll give as much notice as I reasonably can. Calls are a group setting, so please treat what other people share as confidential.
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final once the materials have been sent. If something is genuinely broken, missing, or not as described, write to me at [enable JavaScript to view email] and I'll make it right.
EU and UK consumers. You normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, and by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right. Your statutory rights where products are faulty or not as described are unaffected.
This is relationship coaching and education. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace them. Nothing here is a diagnosis. I'm proud of what couples do with this work and I won't pretend it's guaranteed. Any stories or results on this site are individual experiences. What you get out of it depends on what you and your partner put in, and on circumstances neither of us controls.
Payments are processed by my payment provider. Prices are in euros and include any taxes where applicable. Materials are delivered by email immediately after purchase. If they don't arrive, check spam first, then contact me.
To the extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with these products is limited to the amount you paid for them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under Australian Consumer Law.
