Where the law requires a legal basis, I rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on the performance of a contract for anything you've purchased.
Only the services I need to run this properly: my email and CRM platform, my payment provider, my website host, and my analytics provider. Each of them handles data under their own terms, and none of them are permitted to sell it. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
For as long as you're on my list, and for as long afterwards as tax and legal record-keeping requires for purchases. Ask me to delete you and I will, subject to those record-keeping duties.
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Every email I send has a one-click unsubscribe. If you're in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Write to [enable JavaScript to view email] and I'll respond within thirty days.
